Before bed thoughts

I have been going to bed really early and turning my phone on airplane mode before bed so I've been doing a lot of pre-sleep thinking... I'll probably just keep adding to this.

I hate the feeling you get right before you throw up but I love the after feeling because it is actually relieving to know there is less food in my body making me fat.

I prefer to sleep with not a lot of clothing so that i can be motivated by the disgusting sight of my body in the mirror right when i wake up. Then there are no excuses for not working out or eating too much or eating whatever i want or just being disgusting in general.
